HSSC Police Constable Eligibility 2024
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or institution. Matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit is required. No additional weightage will be given for higher education.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as of September 1, 2024.
- Age Relaxation:
- Ex-servicemen: Up to 4 years break in service.
- SC/BC/EWS candidates: Up to 5 years relaxation.
Haryana Police Constable Selection Process 2024
The selection involves multiple stages:
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Candidates must meet specific physical standards.
- Physical Screening Test (PST):
- Male: 2.5 km run in 12 minutes
- Female: 1 km run in 6 minutes
- Ex-servicemen: 1 km run in 5 minutes
- Knowledge Test: Consists of objective-type questions with a weightage of 94.5%. The test is bilingual (Hindi/English). A minimum of 50% is required for general category posts and 40% for reserved categories. Additional marks are awarded for NCC certificates.
